ab Roller is good quality came with all the components. the product came in about a month and half. hopefully it is as sturdy as it looks. the wheel has a rubber coating which is ideal for doing ab workouts.

Both halves of the wheel are fused slightly off-center (or rather had slightly different sizes to begin with), which is not a big deal for use, but the branding sticker does not stick well and makes the most annoying crackling sound when used. It is also very poorly made with multiple layers that do not come off together when trying to remove it (this is going to take a while). They would have done well just adding one solid rubber strip than two halves with the branding space. Other than that it's decent material, works well, smells of rubber. The grips are made from super soft foam, which will likely not last very long. On the bright side no swelling of hands from substances used. All in all it's alright. If you have really large hands the grips might be too short - for me they barely fit.

Good but tedious more suitable for ppl who are into HIIT. At the start do follow instructions to do basic exercises first before attempting full actual wkout. Pls note that if there's a gap between wheel and both sides of foam holders when fixing, simply use a hammer to hammer it in til gap is filled so wheel wont be unstable n move around when rolling. If overly tight, simply use hand to lightly pull out slightly. In this way wheel ll be smooth n stable to use yet not overly tight n have too much tension. Seller honest, helpful n quick in replying.
