Super soft and pleasant touch. But it's shorter than it says. I ordered the size 90cm and with the legs stretched is 80-81cm. It's a little softer than I expected and you can't fit any more padding, but it's pretty comfortable and you can bend it to put it in different positions (for example to read) It comes wrapped up and a little deformed, but you give it a couple of shakes to let the filling loose and perfect.
