How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of tiktok online shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This came with extra gaskets for the kid - I was very impressed! Just be ready for a lot of experimenting in the future to figure out the correct amount of coffee grinds and pressure to get good crema!
Good product, looks all good came very fast.
Bought two capsules for the Nespresso machine in our vineyard shed and the team's been using them for a couple of weeks now. Finding the right combination of coffee grind and tamper pressure took some time but once you get the hang of it it's quite simple. Would recommend this product, especially if you want to reduce waste.

Fits my Essenza mini. Be careful when you put the capsule in. Sometimes when you drop capsule in, it may not drop down into the machine enough. Don’t force your machine close. Just take it out and insert capsule again.
The product is very good, just be careful not to fill capsule coffee powder to practically the top. That way, the water has enough to pass the capsule and the coffee pressure not out, can spoil your Nespresso. Leave at least a 3mm space between the top of the capsule and the powder and your coffee will perfect. Use only coffee short. The long is very watery. Finally, is important to say that was not taxed.

Complete set. There are extra O-rings. The thing is quality. Several observations: 1. A portion of ground coffee is smaller than in the usual capsule, because of which the strength of the drink becomes lower; 2. Coffee is better not to tamper and too much not to sprinkle, otherwise the water will not pass; 3. With this capsule, my coffee machine closes very hard, I'm afraid to break it.

Excellent, very easy to prepare
The pods work very well (magimix essentia coffee maker) on the other hand it takes coffee for espresso machine (lavazza or others) no standard coffee (grind too big). After you have to drink but not too much otherwise it does not Pierce, if you do not drink enough coffee is not strong enough (it is a history of taste).
